ABOUT AVA

Creative and detail-oriented, Ava joined SBDG in January 2025 as a Junior Designer, bringing experience in the field after earning her degree in Interior Design with a minor in Sustainable Studies from Texas State University. She was immediately drawn to SBDG’s supportive and welcoming environment, where the team’s motivation to grow and continuously improve inspires her every day.

Ava appreciates all design styles but is especially inspired by Antonio Gaudi (Art Nouveau) and his organic and functional style. Outside of design, she enjoys floating the river, painting, drawing, and exploring farmers markets. Some of her favorite travel destinations include Big Bend and New Orleans. She also shares her home with her cat, Mamacita— also known as Squeakers or Squeaks!
