Erica Barnes founded Studio B Design Group in 2008 with a clear purpose: to create thoughtful, high-performing multifamily interiors from initial concept through final installation.
With more than 21 years of industry experience and a portfolio spanning over 100 communities across 22 states, Erica brings a practical, performance-driven perspective to every project. She has built Studio B into a multidisciplinary team that guides clients from early concept through installation, delivering thoughtful environments across luxury, market-rate, and affordable housing. Her leadership is defined by creativity, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to the details that make a community feel distinct.
